London & Quadrant Housing Trust is one of 2,000 housing associations that work in the UK. Our main purpose is to provide homes for people to rent. Usually our residents come to us from council lists of those who need housing.
We manage over 39,000 homes and although most are in Greater London, we also work all over South East England
The head office of London & Quadrant Housing Trust is based in Lee Green, on the borders of Greenwich and Lewisham. L&Q has nearly 40 years of experience in providing quality homes and caring and efficient housing services.
All our work is about creating places where people want to live. We also believe in getting best value so that our residents get the best level of service possible from us. Encouraging equal opportunities is central to everything we do.
We are currently carrying out a thorough review of our services to identify what steps we need to take to eradicate fuel poverty and provide affordable warmth across our housing stock. We have already assessed our corporate objectives and are now looking to see how these can be met by each of our regions. Once this process is completed we will publish our current position statement and a full strategic action plan showing how we aim to improve it.
Once the affordable warmth assessment is complete we will also be carrying out a thorough environmental review and publishing the results on EcoReports using a specially designed L&Q homepage.
