Coastline Housing

We are a major provider of affordable housing in west Cornwall, with nearly 3,500 homes.  As well as rented housing for families, we offer sheltered accommodation for older people and shared-ownership schemes on a part buy/part rent basis.

We believe in making information about us and the services we offer as freely available as possible. We have joined EcoReports to make it easy to find any information that you may be looking for particularly regarding our environmental impacts and activities, whether you are an existing customer, looking for housing, or interested in working with us.

We are an independent, not-for-profit housing association.  Created in 1998 and based in west Cornwall, we own more than 3,500 homes.

Each year we are building new homes and improving our existing housing stock to provide our tenants with equitable affordable warmth standards. Insulation of walls and roofs is important and where homes are situated away from mains gas we are looking at alternative, cost effective forms of heating such as taking advantage of ground source heat.

We have joined together with Chris Barnett Associates to plan a strategic approach to energy and environmental improvements and will feature updated information on EcoReports as and when it becomes available.
