What is the cba Client Community ?
We have established a client community on EcoReports to allow the people we are currently working with an additional opportunity to demonstrate their proactive approach to environmental action and carbon reduction strategies. In addition, most of our clients are involved, one way or another, in the public sector and are now subject to the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Membership of our community provides access to EcoReports' EIR information management system and training facilities, to ensure members understand their EIR responsibilities and do not overrun deadlines for meeting environmental information requests. We have also designed an on screen reporting tool to make sure clients reports are presented to best effect.
We hope that other organisations with similar responsibilities towards clients, or with member groups, will follow our example and also take the opportunity to establish their own communities and help take forward the environmental agenda across a whole range of sectors.
