Our properties are in good condition, with low rents and well respected management practices. The Housing Corporation’s recent inspection rated all of our services as good or satisfactory.
We provide both general needs housing management and specialist services which includes the care and support provision for elderly and vulnerable tenants, floating support for those residents who wish to remain in their homes and 25 different agency managed schemes.
We are also one of two specialist temporary accommodation providers to Kensington & Chelsea and have a thriving Community Development programme together with a Friends group that benefits our residents.
We currently have a development programme of 500 in the heart of London, primarily in four core boroughs: Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham and Brent. These boroughs are characterised by exceptionally high land values and a high demand for social housing and as such development in these areas is more significant than ever.
Our programme includes affordable rented housing, supported housing and care, key worker accommodation and shared ownership schemes.

Our approach to development is to employ the best affordable technology and working practices.
Our schemes are designed to respect the environment and reduce the negative environmental impact of development through effective waste management, energy and water conservation enabling us to provide living spaces people choose to live in.

In recent years we have developed a clear and well ordered approach to affordable warmth and environmental management. We have undertaken extensive baseline assessments to identify our strengths and weaknesses and then gone on to identify activities which will improve our performance. The results along with our strategic plans are published below.
